IRACE ARCHITECTURE is based in Warwick, NY and the Catskills. The majority of our projects are custom high-end residences and commercial buildings with varying purposes. We specialize in many design styles, ranging from timber frame country homes to contemporary and modern designs. 

Commercial projects have ranged from apartment buildings, religious centers, theaters, store fronts, restaurants, hotels, equestrian centers and municipal buildings.

The IRACE ARCHITECTURE firm often collaborates with engineers and interior designers to assemble a team of professionals with the experience to facilitate any building type or size.

We practice sustainable design, and our head architect Joseph Irace is LEED certified by the US Green Building Council. Consult with us regarding the incorporation of Green alternative products or energy systems into your new or existing design, such as reclaimed wood or radiant floor heating to conserve costs and energy.

Our main office is the ground floor of the former Warwick Feed & Grain that was one serviced by the Lehigh Valley Railroad company.
