What services do you offer?

We offer architectural services for custom home and different commercial projects. Experience with custom home designs in various styles. From a modern flat roof cabin to a Tudor or craftsman-style mountain retreat. Our experience is extensive.
Our commerciial projects range from apartment buildings, retail complexes, luxury event Venues, restaurants and hotels, pet hotels, equestrian centers, religious and spiritual centers, camps, and so much more.
We collaborate with engineers and interior designers to assemble a team of professionals with the experience to facilitate any building type or size.
Above and beyond the design stage we offer additional services of overseeing construction phase and other consulting on projects for smooth design build process.
How do I get started?

We can set up a meeting or a call and learn the scope of your project. Most cases, in the very first meeting we will come up with a hand drawn sketch. We want you to bring images you like and also the physical needs of all the members of the family/business that will be using the building.

We are not just “paper architects” - Joe Irace has built many projects with his own hands, he knows how to do all aspects of building himself. In addition to his vast experience dealing with going laws, permitting, and civil engineers. This is not common of all architects.
