Located just a short distance to a vibrant Main Street shopping and nightlife in the middle a beautiful rural farm community - our two bedroom penthouse is the best of both worlds. A convenient spot to explore and enjoy everything our area has to offer yet walking distance to a myriad of restaurants, bars and cafe so you can keep the car parked for the night. Also walking distance to shops, CVS, Bus to NYC, and village parks.
We are located just 55 miles north west of Manhattan. Warwick is rich in history and culture. Agritourism is one of the main draws to our area - with many apple orchards, wineries, distilleries, and many breweries with live music and events. The area also boasts wonderful nature and hiking trails, beautiful drives though rolling hills, activities like golf and skiing at Mt Peter or down the road at Mountain Creek.

Two well appointed bed rooms with queen size bed, chair, tv, dresser, two large windows with a shared bath. Full bath has a stand up shower with excellent water pressure. Bath products and towels all provided.

The top floor of your suite is a large living room has a couch, dining table for 4, desk, TV, day bed, extra linens, a tea bar, board games, and a small private roof deck facing the back of our property.

Grain Tower penthouse suite
Unique short term rental located in the Lower Hudson Valley, just 55 miles north west of NYC within the Village of Warwick, NY.
The Graintower Penthouse is a comfortable and convenient place to stay while visiting the Warwick area. Centrally located to all Warwick/Vernon area has to offer yet in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, cafes and to many things you don’t need a car to get to.
The building is a converted grain tower and was totally restored, renovated by local architect Irace Architecture in 2021 for his home and office on the lower floors. The top two floors of the building (lots of stairs!) is the penthouse duplex rental with incredible views of mountains, ducks, sunsets, train tracks and downtown Warwick. The building is actually the highest building in the village so you have a Birds Eye view of our little village during your stay. The decor is modern eclectic with colorful art by locals.
Two well appointed guest rooms with queen size beds share a full bath. Top floor is living area/den with a private roof deck. Think of the space more as a hotel suite rather than an apartment as there is no full kitchen- because we want you to take advantage of the plethora of amazing restaurants and eateries in Warwick. That said there is a small kitchette with refrigerator, coffee maker, brita water, toaster, dishes etc
Work space with desk and library of books if you find some time to read or do some work.
